Lora May Swart, C.M.E.

LRHRC, a privately owned corporation, opened in June 2005. It's owner/operator, Lora May Swart, is a licensed electrologist with a certification in laser hair removal. Lora May understands the apprehension someone may have when considering this type of service. Her primary goal is to provide the best possible hair removal service while maintaining good relationships with her clients and the community. She strives to give a more personalized, caring and gentle treatment.

Education Requirements

The State of Florida requires 200 hours of practicum and 120 hours of academic learning for certification and licensing as an Electrologist. Certification in Laser Hair Removal requires an additional 30 hours plus two certification exams. The educational requirements include:

• Causes of Hair Problems
• Hair and Skin Anatomy
• Neurology and Angiology
• Bacteriology and Disinfection
• Dermatology
• Principles of Electricity
• Electrolysis Practicum
• Treatment Procedures

To retain certification and licensing, 75 hours of continuing education credits are required every five years.

Medical Director, Robert G. Glinski, D.O., M.B.A., R.Ph., C.P.E.

Dr. Glinski is a practicing Osteopathic Physician. His personal philosophy is   "We were all put on this earth by our creator for only two reasons: To learn as much as we can, and to serve others as much as we can".
